Yes. The fixtures are rated to −40°C and the wiring is sealed against moisture, so cold snaps and chinook freeze-thaw cycles don't faze them. We've installed in Aspen Woods in February — works fine.
Hardest question we get. The lights sit inside a low-profile matte black aluminum channel tucked under the soffit or trim. From street level in daylight, most people can't see they're installed. We can walk you through how it looks on a similar home during the in-home quote.
No. Permanent outdoor decorative lighting is treated like any other low-voltage exterior fixture in the City of Calgary — no building permit, no inspection. We handle the install end-to-end.
We're currently running a spring sale, with installs booking 2 to 4 weeks out depending on the colours and complexity of your design. The on-site work itself takes one to two days for a typical Calgary single-family home. Christmas slots fill fast — booking now means you're locked in well before the rush.

The LED chips are rated for 50,000 hours — roughly 15 years of nightly use. HomeOne covers them under their lifetime warranty on the fixture itself.
