Yes. We're conscious that lake-facing homes have visual considerations the inland houses don't — we'll walk through angles, sightlines and intensity during the in-home quote so the install reads "tasteful" from the water side too.
Yes. The fixtures are rated to −40°C and the wiring is sealed against moisture, so prairie cold snaps and lake-effect humidity don't faze them.
No. Permanent low-voltage decorative lighting doesn't require a permit from the City of Chestermere. We handle the install end-to-end.
We're currently running a spring sale, with installs booking 2 to 4 weeks out depending on the colours and complexity of your design. The on-site work itself takes one to two days for a typical Chestermere home. Larger lakefront properties may run longer — we'll quote that during the walk-through.
In practice, no. The fixtures aim at your home, not across the water. We can also schedule lights to auto-dim or shut off after a set hour if you want to be courteous about late-night spill.
