Yes. The mounting hardware works on any soffit substrate, including timber and stained wood. We've installed on a range of foothills home styles — we'll walk through the cleanest mounting approach for your build during the in-home quote.
Yes. The foothills corridor is part of our regular service area. The drive is part of the job, not your problem.
They can be — that's why most acreage owners use the schedule and dim features. You can set the lights to dim 80% after 10 pm, switch off entirely at midnight, or fire up automatically when your team's game starts. The lights work for you, not the other way around.
Yes. The fixtures are rated to −40°C and the wiring is sealed against moisture, so foothills cold snaps, freezing rain and the brutal Chinook freeze-thaw cycles don't faze them.
No. Permanent low-voltage decorative lighting doesn't require a permit from Foothills County. We handle the install end-to-end.
We're currently running a spring sale, with installs booking 2 to 4 weeks out depending on the colours and complexity of your design. The on-site work for a typical foothills home is one to two days, longer for properties with multiple outbuildings — we'll quote that during the walk-through.
